Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for part-time bar and/or cafe work in a vibrant and dynamic environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. This role involves serving customers, preparing beverages, food, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar or cafe area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently. Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Previous experience in a bar or cafe setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food and beverage preparation. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
