We're looking for someone with a passion for bar work to run our small independent cocktail bar. We've been established a few years now and would like someone to carry on and make us better than ever.

We'd like someone who:

- Experienced in cocktails and bar work
- Someone who's good with people who can work with our younger staff, teach them.and make sure they're doing the job as well as possible
- Someone passionate about doing things the right way.

For this, we can offer:

- An independent bar to run yourself. Get creative with your ideas to make us the best we can be.
-Competitive salary, weekend work and occasional extra work (parties etc) for extra money.
-A chance to get creative. As we're independent, you won't face walls and stops to your creativity, we encourage it.

Key Points:

- This work is every weekend (friday & saturday), and bank holiday sundays, so you'll need to be available. most of them. Obviously cover can be arranged when needed.
- Please do not apply if you don't have the minimum requirements of experience. Although we don't mind if you're young, if you haven't got the minimum requirements, you're just waisting your own time.
