We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, serving beverages, and assisting with food service, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing assistance and recommendations as needed. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Basic bartending skills or willingness to learn the craft is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
