Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage tabs as required Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service to enhance their experience Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including responsible alcohol service and hygiene practices Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour suitable for engaging with diverse customers Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

This is a part time role, and must be able to work evenings
