Job Title: Bar Team Leader

This position is mainly for nights and weekends

Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly and dedicated Team Leaders to assist in the running or our Bar/Function venue and Sports Bar in Sittingbourne. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hospitality, with experience in supervising and team management.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of service of both food and drink on both busy and quiet shifts to ensure our guests satisfaction whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the bar runs smoothly whilst following Company policies
- Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times
- Maintain displays to standards including stocking and cleaning
- Ensure our cash policies are adhered to
- Ensure that health, safety and security rules are followed
- Complete tasks set by the Bars Manager or Management team accurately and efficiently
- Aid the office team to ensure day to day running of the site is consistent, efficient and professional
-Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Customer service focused

- Work as part of a small team

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
