The role

The main objective is to deliver the best coffee in St John's Wood while ensuring every single customer has an outstanding experience. You will share our passion for crafting exceptional coffee experiences and be an advocate for our food and beverage operation (including preparation of barista coffee, smoothies, juices and light food preparation). You will be responsible for the presentation and initial welcome into the cafe, providing a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and memorable front-of-house service.

Key responsibilities

Preparing a variety of espresso-based beverages and producing basic latte art. Understanding and adhering to coffee brewing recipes and consistently providing quality coffee. High attention to detail in order to follow operational procedures such as opening and closing procedures, effectively. Light food preparation and building rapport with customers.
Expected hours: Flexible (up to 20 hours per week) Potential for progression and more hours available

Schedule: Flexible hours + Evening availability + Weekend availability

Minimum of 18 years old as we serve Alcohol
