Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to consistent standards
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and customer area
Operate and maintain espresso equipment, grinders, and other tools with care and precision
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Support the front-of-house team with restocking, light cleaning, and presentation of baked goods
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
About you:
Proven barista experience in a quality-focused cafe or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing techniques
A professional, customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods
A reliable, team-oriented work ethic and excellent communication skills
