The Role



As our Beauty Consultant, you`re not just running a retail counter, you`re running the show. You`ll be the face of Elizabeth Arden on the shop floor, supporting your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional beauty experiences every single day.



Key Responsibilities

Lead with flair - Inspire, coach, and energise your team to deliver top-tier service and hit (or smash!) their targets. Drive performance - Own your business: analyse sales, track KPIs, manage stock, and boost profitability. Build relationships - With customers, your team, store partners, and the Arden community. Create standout experiences - Deliver tailored consultations and unforgettable customer journeys that turn shoppers into brand fans. Stay sharp - Keep up with trends, competitor activity, and the latest launches in skincare, fragrance, and makeup.

About You

You`ve got that perfect blend of business savvy and beauty obsession. You`re a natural leader who thrives on challenge, knows how to motivate a team, and is happiest when your counter`s buzzing and your customers leave glowing inside and out.

You`ll bring:

Experience in a premium/luxury retail or beauty environment (1-2 years ideally) A proven track record of driving sales and team success Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills A passion for skincare, fragrance, and empowering others through beauty Energy, positivity, and a touch of glamour
