Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in our finance department. You will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry: Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.

• Reconciliation: Conducting regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies.

• Support: Assisting with financial audits, budgeting, and other financial analysis tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Good excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in sage line 50 or similar

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
