Duties
Prepare and cook a variety hot sandwiches burgers etc
Assist in preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours.
Serve customers with attention to presentation, consistency and customer satisfaction.
Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
Be punctual and reliable and have the ability to handle cash accurately and work unsupervised.
Requirements
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues.
A passion for cooking and providing outstanding service to customers.
