Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Experience in serving or guest services is an advantage. Familiarity with culinary techniques or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.26 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 24 per week
