In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides-to-be, guiding them through the selection of their wedding attire and accessories. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be crucial in creating a memorable experience during this significant time in their lives.
Responsibilities
Assist brides in selecting their wedding dresses and accessories, ensuring a personalised and enjoyable shopping experience.
Maintain an organised inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance the overall bridal experience.
Manage appointments and follow up with clients as necessary, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
Stay updated on current bridal trends and styles to provide informed advice to clients.
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
Strong selling skills with a focus on upselling relevant products.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing client accounts accurately.
Organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain an orderly workspace.
A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
