Part-Time Business Advisor - Supported Accommodation (Growth & Development Role)

: Part-time / flexible (approx. 1-2 days per week)

: 3-6 months (with potential to extend)
Pay
: 1,000-2,000 per month retainer arrangement (depending on experience)

As part of our next stage of growth, we are looking to expand our services across Leicestershire, the North East, Birmingham, and other regions, while exploring complementary support models that align with our mission and strengthen our impact.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Business Advisor to work alongside our leadership team and help shape our strategic growth and service development plans.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business strategy, service expansion, and the supported housing or social support sector, and will act as a trusted partner in identifying and implementing opportunities for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on strategic business planning and regional expansion
Identify and assess new support models to complement existing services (e.g. outreach, community-based, or step-down support)
Support leadership in developing a clear 12-24 month growth roadmap
Review operational structure and advise on scaling strategies
Help identify partnership and funding opportunities to enable expansion
About You:
Proven experience within supported accommodation, housing support, or community services
Strong background in business development, service design, or consultancy
Understanding of sector funding models, partnerships, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working independently and flexibly with a small, values-led team
