You will oversee kitchen operations, support and manage the team, and ensure the highest food quality and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and enjoys contributing fresh ideas to menus and service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in line with health regulations. Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed. Work with management on menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events. Ensure quality control throughout preparation and service. Assist in menu planning that highlights seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills across a range of cooking techniques and cuisines. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements. Highly organised, able to multitask, and remain calm under pressure. Strong passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service. Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take initiative.
