Duties

Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Assist in food preparation, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards. Serve food and beverages, including barista duties such as preparing coffee and other drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle catering orders as required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food items. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Barista experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Experience in catering or serving roles will be beneficial.
