```Duties```
Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes
Assist with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Support service users with mobility, transfers, and maintaining independence
Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and company policies
Prepare and support with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying to maintain a safe environment
Offer companionship and emotional support, promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing
Observe, monitor, and accurately record changes in service users' physical or mental health
Follow individual care plans and risk assessments at all times
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and the care team
Skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
With Previous care experience and all necessary trainings .
