We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow
Manage food production processes, including portion control, presentation, and consistency
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and best practices
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to facilitate smooth service delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
Train new team members in food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times
Skills
Proven experience in food production and culinary arts within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with previous supervising experience preferred
Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management
