Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all food meets quality standards.
Assist in menu planning by contributing innovative ideas and seasonal specials that excite our guests.
Supervise kitchen operations during shifts, managing food production, food handling, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management.
Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
Support dietary department needs by accommodating special dietary requests and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant environments.
Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of food production processes, food service management, and kitchen operations.
Experience with banquet service, event catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable.
Familiarity with inventory management, inventory control systems, and food safety protocols.
Excellent cooking skills complemented by strong organizational abilities in kitchen management.
