This is a
part-time position, based on 20 hours per week
, ideal for an experienced CDP looking for a consistent role within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for a designated section, supporting the preparation, production and service of dishes to a high standard
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team on seasonal menus, specials and daily service
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, presentation and consistency across all dishes
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
Manage stock levels on your section, including ordering, rotation and minimising wastage
Support and mentor junior kitchen team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
Ensure all kitchen equipment on your section is cleaned, maintained and fully operational
About You
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment
A genuine passion for modern British cuisine and fresh, seasonal produce
Well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Excellent understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene and allergen management
Reliable, flexible and a natural team player with a collaborative approach
