Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Assist in the development of new recipes and culinary techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety practices.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food production.
