We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, along side one of our senior chefs, ensuring that high standards of food quality and safety are maintained while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Duties
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations.
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
