is an independent coffee shop and wine bar with a strong focus on community, located in the heart of Southampton's Old Town. We serve specialty coffee, quality wines, and a seasonal small plates menu in a relaxed, welcoming space.
We're looking to expand our small kitchen team with two new chefs: one to cover weekend daytime shifts and another for evening service from Thursday to Saturday. There may also be additional hours available for prep work.
These are hands-on roles ideal for chefs who enjoy working in a small, collaborative team and can take ownership of their section. While previous experience with tapas, mezze, or small plates is a strong advantage, it's not essential -- a passion for good food, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are just as important.
