Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Skills
Proven supervising experience within a kitchen or restaurant setting.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
