What You'll Be Doing:
Food Preparation
: Prepare and cook menu items to spec, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentationStation Management
: Run a section during service, keeping it stocked, clean, and organisedCollaboration
: Work closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain service flowFood Safety
: Follow hygiene and safety standards, including correct storage, cleaning, and allergen managementVenue Support
: Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed, from prep to cleaningWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in a busy kitchen environment Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety A team player with a calm, efficient approach Attention to detail and pride in presentation Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
