Responsibilities

Oversee meal preparation, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication during service.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
