We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our various holiday accommodations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality service. Working as part of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our holiday accommodation retains our high standards and 5 star reviews.
Four days per week 9 - 3 to include some weekends on a rolling rota.
Responsibilities
Cleaning all our accommodation, games rooms and shower block
Prep accommodation ready for guest check in
Helping and interacting with guests
Manage cleaning updates via our computer system, Super Control, such as last-minute bookings for linen and fire packs
Managing the linen and laundry
Stock taking and checking
Being on the On Call rota and managing guest enquiries and issues out of hours
Working to our Notgrove Standard of Cleaning on all our accommodation
Help with quality control checks and deep cleans when required
Able to handle simple maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
Happy driving an electric golf buggy
Reporting to and working for our Head of Housekeeping
Work with our team of cleaners and supporting each other in their work
Requirements
Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in their work
Is thorough and has good attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy and flexible
Happy to work on their own to a high standard
A team player with a 'can do' attitude
Has their own transport and clean driving license
