We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report when additional supplies are needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests with professionalism and courtesy. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning duties.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential; Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for understanding instructions and interacting with clients. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
