Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as needed. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Skills
Proficient in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations.
