Equans is looking for x3 Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Llanelli Magistrates and County Court, SA15 3AW on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of \xc2\xa35,668 per annum. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

What will you deliver?

• To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
• Undertake the damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• To undertake maintenance of floors, including mopping, polishing and scrubbing.
• This will, on occasion, include the use of industrial cleaning equipment which will include a \xe2\x80\x98sit-on\xe2\x80\x99 vacuum cleaner or scrubber.
• To be responsible for vacuum cleaning and carpet water extraction cleaning.
• Undertake cleaning of sanitary areas.

Who are we looking for?

• Health and Safety Level 1
• At least one years experience within a customer focused environment.
• Current DBS (ideally no older than 12 months)
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting
• Ability to work early morning or late evening shift patterns
