Job share - Approx. 9-15 hours/week | Weekends/weekdays on a rota basis | Evenings or nights

to help us do just that.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping public areas (aquarium, cafe, shop, toilets) clean, safe, and welcoming. Cleaning staff rooms and behind-the-scenes workspaces. Tidying picnic areas and outdoor visitor zones. Using cleaning materials and equipment properly to minimise cross-contamination (don't worry, we supply everything, including the training). Reporting any maintenance or safety issues. Doing scheduled deep cleans every few weeks.

evenings (or the occasional early morning)

, outside our public hours, which include weekends and weekdays on a rota basis.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience cleaning in a commercial setting. Able to demonstrate your cleaning skills during a short work trial. Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently to high standards. A full UK driving licence and your own transport are necessary - we're in a lovely but remote location. Comfortable working fewer hours in the quieter winter months (potentially a minimum of six hours per week in November, December and January. Must be available for bank holidays and weekends. You'll need to pass a

DBS check

, as you'll be working out of hours with access to security information.
