Fleetwood Town Football Club is seeking reliable, hardworking cleaners to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our two key sites, Poolfoot Farm training complex and Highbury Stadium. This role is vital in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for players, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms.
Ensure changing rooms, gym areas, offices, hospitality suites, and communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.
Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.
Support cleaning operations on match days and during special events when required.
Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a tidy and functional condition.
Requirements:
Essential
Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently with a good eye for detail.
Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
Awareness of health and safety practices in a cleaning environment.
Flexibility to work split shifts, mornings and evenings, including some weekends.
Desirable
Experience working in a sports, hospitality, or leisure environment.
Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations..
