Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required. Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning needs. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work independently. Key holder position. Hours on Tuesday from 1600 hours (4 hour clean) Friday can be cleaned during the day, so hour TBC. (4 hour clean)
