Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Duties

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Skills

Proficient in English to ensure clear communication with colleagues and clients. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple sites. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning needs. Attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Hours of work 8am-2pm Monday to Friday.
