We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and cleaning supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients and staff in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with additional tasks as required by management.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. Good communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively.
