This is a challenging and rewarding commercial cleaning role located in Bedford, it would suit competent cleaners with an eye for detail, good communication skills, hardworking and is a great team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of up to 4 cleaning operatives. Ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules. Motivate and support your team to achieve their best. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Communicate effectively with your CSM to ensure everything runs smoothly. Ensure all operatives complete all required training, both online and on-site. Ensure all operatives book on/off each shift.

Requirements:

Proven supervisory experience in a similar role. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively. Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 17:00 - 19:00.

Pay:

13.50 per hour.
