We're a growing skin health clinic passionate about transforming skin and restoring confidence. We're now looking for someone to join our team at Re/Skin Clinic part-time as the friendly face of our clinic -- welcoming clients, managing reception, and playing a key role in growing our client base.

Role

Greeting clients and ensuring a seamless reception experience.

Handling calls, bookings, and client enquiries.

Proactively following up leads and turning them into new clients.

Supporting marketing campaigns and client events.

Contribute ideas for improving client experience and growing the clinic's customer base.

Forward plan diary management to optimise treatment schedules and minimise gaps.

Work independently to meet agreed targets and objectives.

Support the clinic team in building a strong reputation for excellence in service and care.

Desirable Skills

Front-of-house or reception experience.
