We are seeking a friendly and efficient Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team in GB. Based at our vibrant coffee shop location, this role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a warm and professional attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop. Handle cash transactions accurately. Assist in food preparation and restocking supplies. Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times. Support team members to deliver excellent customer service. Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Basic food preparation skills. Previous restaurant or cafe experience is advantageous.
