Competent cook/ chef to work 2 or 3 days per week on either fixed days or a rolling rota and to cover holidays ,sick leave and assist with functions when needed, working a shift between 9 -3 . It would suit a retired individual or somebody with school age children or someone who is self employed .
The role involves preparing ,fresh, tasty, healthy meals from preparation to service in a large ,well equipped kitchen . You would be providing a hot lunch and a cold supper for around 20 people .
This role will involve working alone and being responsible for all aspects of food safety.
