We are seeking Counter Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organised environment. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Takeaway or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers and enhance their experience. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
You will be working Friday,Saturday and two other days that can be discussed.Afternoon shift around 5pm-9pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
