We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our customers' experience by providing outstanding service and support. Your contributions will help uphold our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer communication from point of order through to delivery and after-sales service Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our product range. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Daily communication with suppliers to ensure smooth progression of customer orders from point of sale to delivery. Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Responding to customer emails and social media enquiries. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and administration ( essential ) Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel ( essential ) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take initiative. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Hours of Work:

Tues - Fri : 10am - 5.30pm
