NSD Labels are part of an international labelling and packaging company and have been based in Edinburgh for over 150 years. We offer a complete end to end labelling service to our customers who are local and global companies in the food, beverage, healthcare, medical and chemical sectors. We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join our existing customer service team.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team providing high quality service to all customers.
Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
Answering product and service questions via telephone and email.
Processing and raising orders via MIS system.
Raise and compile production documentation.
Maintaining the electronic and paper-based record systems.
Key Competencies / Experience
A minimum of Grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths
Strong customer service skills preferably gained within an office environment.
A good team player.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated, able to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time within a fast-paced environment.
Strong administration skills, with experience of using MS Office programmes.
Experience working within any packaging market would be advantageous, but not essential.
