Part Time Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
Your role will be to assist the store team to maximise the potential of the store by providing exceptional customer service and promoting responsible pet ownership.
We are looking for someone who fits the following criteria:
Competent in lifting up to 20kg bags regularly
Have a fun personality and able to work in a team or individually
Flexible - able to work 2/3 days a week between Monday and Saturday
Provide a high level of customer service
Interact with customers and their pets
Scan goods in to keep stock control correct
Good telephone manner
Experience of the followed is desirable but not required:
Experience of working in the pet industry
Use of pallet trucks
Using computer systems such as tills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
