Join our dynamic dental team at Bespoke Dental Lounge as a Part-time Dental Associate, where your expertise and passion for patient care will make a meaningful difference! We are looking for the right candidate to join our team for 2-3 days a week and build on the practice ethos.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical/dental history review.
Provide high-quality dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
Assist in oral surgery procedures, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control protocols are strictly followed.
Utilize dental imaging tools and medical terminology accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain precise medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness.
Skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures, including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Experience working with pediatric dentistry cases and understanding of pediatric-specific needs.
Ability to perform oral surgery procedures with precision and confidence.
Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques within a dental clinic setting.
Excellent communication skills using dental terminology to explain treatments clearly to patients.
Knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging interpretation, and medical/medical records documentation.
