We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris. Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning and window washing. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients or staff promptly. Assist in cooking or food preparation duties when necessary, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with guests or clients, particularly in hotel settings. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for roles that require food preparation assistance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in task completion. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
