clean driving licence and be over 25 for insurance purposes.
We are seeking a good all rounder hardworking removals driver porter / driver to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a Luton van & assisting in various tasks that support the smooth operation of our removals business.

A DBS check is required.

Luton van experience is important and necessary. This job can involve early starts and later finishes. physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work to high standards In a team. training will be provided To the right applicant. As a porter you will play a vital role in ensuring that all work is safe, organised, and efficient whilst delivering award wining customer experience.

This is a part-time self employed job role.

We work together with other removals companies and carry out occasional house clearance duties and charity work.

clean Full Uk Driving licence is essential with no points or endorsements.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Perform general maintenance of vehicles Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks efficiently Operate basic hand tools to dismantle furniture as required Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Maintain a positive attitude while working in a team environment

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour Punctuality and reliability Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
