Salary - 26,500 - 30,000 (pro rata) dependant on experience

We are recruiting for Part Time Duty Managers to work at our fantastic clubs in South London and North London

Working with the senior club staff you will be assisting our clubs to hit sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

You will be comfortable and confident in delivering on your KPIs.

The successful candidate must also be willing and able to help out in the club with operational duties. The member experience always comes first for us so you must excel and thrive when it comes to member service.

Duties include:

Generating leads through multiple channels: outreach, inreach, corporate and various guerrilla marketing techniques

Undertake prospect call drives

Booking tours and appointments with prospects

Signing up new members

Touring and closing prospects

Effective use of membership management software (ClubWise)

Dealing with member issues and complaints

Daily operational and cleaning activities
