Job Description

Friendly conscientious estate agent dealing with clients and customers , required to join a small busy residential sales team in Weymouth. The successful candidate should be a car driver, quick thinking, with high self discipline, who has drive, commitment, high standards with the ability to provide excellent customer service, precise detail and a will to succeed In whatever they embark on.
The candidate must be friendly, articulate and smart with excellent computer/keyboard skills.
The position is part time , including some Saturday work, but flexibility can be discussed if required.
Responsibilites include dealing with buyers, sellers, showing houses, negotiating, valuing, problem solving and tracking sales through to completion.

English Language and Maths GCSE required, Car driver required, strong Computer skills required
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
