We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team in providing exceptional dining and event experiences for our guests.
Previous experience in a similar role and establishment is essential.
Shifts will include some late finishes and weekends.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services.
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in a restaurant environment.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage with guests effectively.
