We are recruiting a Part Time Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. Aspects Care Ltd support service users with complex Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour and Mental Health.

Based in our shared home in Grimsby, at Aspects Care Ltd we support service users with Physical Disabilities, Autism and Dementia to live independently within the community. We are looking for a female waking night staff member to assist the service users during the night where applicable with living skills, personal care and/ or physical/mental guidance. You will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to service users through the night when required. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.

You will be required to work 24 hours a week, working two 12 hour shifts from 8pm until 8am. Shifts will vary from Monday to Sunday so applicants must be fully flexible.

Staff will need to be fully flexible and willing to cover AL and sickness. Hours may be able to be worked with slightly if you are looking for more hours.

Successful applicants are required to provide satisfactory references and complete an enhanced DBS disclosure or provide details for us to complete an update service check against an enhanced DBS certificate (this must be an enhanced application and checked against the Adults Barred list).

Experience with Autism and Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
