Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager with daily financial tasks and administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong grasp of Excel and a keen eye for numbers to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update internal systems Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Help prepare monthly financial reports Organise and maintain digital finance files and documentation Support with budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc analysis Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations

Requirements

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, etc.) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a finance or administrative role preferred Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero and or SAGE is a bonus)
